How To Fix RoboForm Error 2 in RoboForm

Many users are facing the RoboForm Error 2 in RoboForm. You may try to follow the methods given below to fix the error code 2.
Symptoms of RoboForm Error 2

Causes of RoboForm Error 2: There are certain reason that are the real defaulter to occur Error code 2 which are as following:
  • Corrupt download or incomplete installation of RoboForm software.
  • Corrupted Windows registry from a recent RoboForm-related software change (install or uninstall).
  • Virus or malware infection that has corrupted Windows system files or RoboForm-related program files.

1: Repair Registry Entries Associated with Error 2
 Using a registry cleaner automates the process of finding invalid registry entries, missing file references (like the one causing your 2 error), and broken links within the registry. A backup is automatically created before each scan, with the ability to undo any changes in a single click, protecting you against the possibility of PC damage.
Note: You can run Full Malware Scan of Your PC, if error code 2 is not fixed by registry cleaner. 

2: Clean Out Your System Junk (Temporary Files and Folders) With Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr)
To run Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr) (on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10) follow the steps given below::
  • Click the Start button.
  • Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
  • While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
  • You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
  • Click Yes.
  • A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
  • Type "cleanmgr" and hit ENTER.
  • Disk Cleanup will begin calculating how much occupied disk space you can reclaim.
  • The Disk Cleanup dialog box will appear with series of checkboxes you can select. In most cases, the "Temporary Files" category will occupy the most disk space.
  • Check the boxes of the categories you want to clean and click OK.
3: Update Your PC Device Drivers: You can fix the RoboForm Error 2 by updating PC's device drivers. This method solve the error code 2 to a great extent.
4: Uninstall and Reinstall the RoboForm Program Associated with Error 2: 
You have to uninstall and then reinstall RoboForm program from Control Panel. And then Click Add or Remove Programs. Select the Roboform Error 2-associated program (eg. RoboForm) under the list of Currently Installed Programs.

5: Run Windows System File Checker ("sfc /scannow"):
  • Click the Start button.
  • Type "command" in the search box. Note: Don't hit ENTER yet!
  • While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
  • You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
  • Click Yes.
  • A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
  • Type "sfc /scannow" and hit ENTER.
  • System File Checker will begin scanning for Error 2 and other system file problems (be patient - the system scan may take a while).
  • Follow the on-screen commands.
If the error code 2 is still there, then Install All Available Windows Updates and if the issue is still unresolved, Perform a Clean Installation of Windows.
